Glasses FAQs

  • The time it takes to recieve your new frames varies on the manufacture and the type of lenses your prescription requires. Once the frames arrive, our opticians inspect everything to ensure it’s exactly what you ordered.

  • Once our opticians have done a quality check on the frames ordered, you will be contacted through text and/or phone call.

  • You do not need an appointment for an adjustment on your glasses. Feel free to come during our regular business hours and one of our opticians would be happy to assist you.

  • If your glasses break, please do not try to fix the problem. Doing so could cause more damage or if you have a warranty, it will void that agreement. Visit our office as soon as possible so we can help you navigate the next steps towards a solution.
